Meet the Director

Kimberly Harris, MA, MFT, Director of Operations

Kimberly Harris is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment where individuals and families feel truly seen, heard, and valued. With over 20 years of experience working alongside individuals and families, Kimberly brings a profound understanding of what it means to be human—navigating circumstances we are born into, situations beyond our control, and experiences shaped by loss, abandonment, or deep trauma.

Throughout her work, Kimberly has witnessed how these experiences often create a powerful longing for acceptance, connection, and a true sense of belonging. This insight guides her belief that healing begins when people are met without judgment and given space to honor their emotional needs.

As the Director of Monumental Behavioral Health, Kimberly embodies the organization’s mission and vision --- to fully see those who have not yet felt seen, and to truly hear those who have not felt heard. Monumental Behavioral Health is dedicated to serving individuals and families with authenticity, empathy, and respect—so they can begin to see and hear themselves as they deserve.

Kimberly’s work is rooted in the belief that when people are supported with compassion and understanding, meaningful healing and growth become possible—for individuals, families, and generations to come.
